This past Monday, I had the most wonderful time taking newborn portraits of my friend's son, James. He was a week older than we had planned for them (poor thing was in the hospital), and so instead of lots of sleeping pictures, we got some amazing ones where he was wide awake and showing his personality. We had a great time, and I love how they turned out. And it was especially fun, because my friend crocheted so many cute hats and things for him to wear in them.
I love this one on him in the red sling. Sweet sleeping baby :).
