I got to have a completely new photography adventure last week, as I shot a retirement ceremony. I felt a little bit nervous, since not only had I not done this sort of shoot before, but the retiree's wife is also a photographer :). That, and the ceremony was in the most poorly lit room I think I have ever seen - some of the light bulbs were even out. I still got some great shots though, and hopefully I captured what they wanted.
