Colorado Wildflowers

In the median on the road I use to go in and out of my neighborhood everyday, there are the most beautiful wildflowers growing right now.  Every time I drove by, all I wanted to do was pull over and take pictures of them all.  I was so afraid they would die before I got around to it, but the other day I snuck out of the house early - in my workout clothes and glasses - and finally got my wildflower pictures :).  I love how they turned out.

This one I caught an ant crawling on it.  Can you see it?

The whole time I was taking these pictures, a black bird thought I was trying to get his nest, and so he kept swooping at my head.  He was not happy with me, even though I had no intention of bothering him, and did not stop tweeting at me until I got in my car :).

And I wanted to throw in this picture of the moon from when I was on my way home from my last photo shoot.  Isn't it gorgeous?
