I had the most fun on Saturday morning, taking pictures of this awesome family. The kids were a little shy at first, but they warmed up and we got some wonderful shots. I have to say, that it was freezing when we took them - only about 28 degrees - but there wasn't any wind and there was no snow, and so it was actually really nice.
I love how Maggie prepared for it by having them all in beautiful coats for the shoot. (The picture above was the last picture of the day, when we knew they could get in the car and get warm immediately after.)
To keep the kids warm, we took a break and they skipped rocks on the frozen pond. I snuck over and had to capture the moment. So much fun!
This one has to be my favorite shot of the day. I love the colors and everything about it :).
