The Sweet Hatch Family

I had the best time over Christmas break taking family portraits of the Hatch family.  It was a little chilly that day, but we had fun in spite of it :). Those kids are so full of character, it was fun capturing their personalities.

Brothers!!

I love my boys, and when I was out taking their birthday portraits, I decided to snap a few pictures of them together.  I love the special bond they have, in spite of the seven year age gap between them.  They love spending time together and are super close, and even though they sometimes drive each other crazy, I love watching them together.

The Sevy Family at the Japanese Tea Garden

While I was taking senior portraits of Elena, we got a few family shots for the family - even if their oldest son is gone on his mission right now.  The Japanese Tea Garden is such a gorgeous location!

The Sweet Tabatabai Family

The other night, after taking the prom pictures, I went to the home of a sweet family to take their portraits. They had a fabulous backyard that was a perfect backdrop.  The only problem was that it was 100 degrees, and so their poor baby boy was so hot he didn't want to smile - luckily we still got some beautiful portraits, even if he wasn't as smiley as they said he usually is ;).

I also got this amazing shot of their pool at sunset.  So pretty.

The Sweet Ruiz Family

Oh my goodness, I had the best time taking portraits of this sweet family!  Not only are they just delightful people, but their kids are the sweetest - and very fun to take pictures of :).

Playing on the Guadelupe River

I had the most wonderful evening out on the Guadalupe River with the Hunt family.  Their oldest daughter  is about to leave on a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and so it was their last family picture for a while.  They are such a fun family, we really had a fantastic time, and I love how their portraits turned out.

Reunited with the Sevy Family

The first time I took portraits of the Sevy family was back in 2015 when we lived in Colorado, and right before we moved away. After both of us have moved around since then, we were lucky enough to both end up Texas at the same time.  It was so fun taking their portraits again - and wow, their kids sure have grown up in the past six years.
